Ryalls Park Medical Centre (RPMC) seeks GP to join the team due to Maternity Leave followed by planned reduction in clinical sessions. 4+ sessions per week GMS - Additional session may be available for special interest work. We operate on 15 minute face to face , 8 minute telephone appointments. This is reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure our appointment scheme matches reality! You have dedicated time to perfom the tasks that are need through the day and have a very low home visit rate. You will also be paid for an additional admin session that can be performed at a time of your choosing.
At RPMC we value every member of the team , our workstreams ensure that we understand the patients need and therefore allocate the most appropriate available person. We strive to ensure that each professional is doing the work only they can do. In addition to our clinical team we have a fantastic admin team in place to further support this work. We run a weekly Quality Improvement cycle that the whole team is engaged with.

We are a small team who have worked incredibly hard over the past year to improve the service we deliver to our patients. This has resulted in significant improvement in patient and therefore team satisfaction. We have risen from 2 stars to 4 stars on NHS choices and our complaints have reduced significantly.

We have made a firm commitment to remaining an independent Partnership whilst working closely with our surrounding practices to form a Primary Care Network. We are also interested in speaking to clinical professionals who are interested in the running of the business. In the traditional model you would have been expected to join the Partnership and deliver care whilst trying to run the business. We realise that both working at the coalface and running the business is nigh on impossible and have created a surprisingly simple model that supports this.
