VACANCY FOR RECEPTIONIST
We are a friendly practice looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the above post. We will consider applications for between 20 and 37 hours per week. The post will predominantly be a receptionist role but may include some admin work and other duties depending on the hours.
Main responsibilities to include:
- Front of house customer service and signposting
- Helping patients with queries on the ‘phone/face to face
- Booking appointments
- General administrative duties
This is a very busy practice with 8 doctors and 10,000 patients which can make the role challenging at times. The successful candidate will be able to cope well under pressure, prioritise, and think on their feet.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable using different IT systems, has excellent customer service skills and an enthusiasm to learn.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage although full training will be given.
We offer 25 days annual leave (pro rata) and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
