An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Practitioner to undertake the role of Clinical Director with Symphony Healthcare Services Ltd. (SHS), reporting to the SHS Medical Director. As a key member of the SHS Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered across the organisation and that all targets and objectives are met in line with national and local standards.
The successful candidate will be an experienced General Practitioner with existing leadership skills, a clear commitment to and experience of improving quality within their workplace and a champion of innovation in Primary Care. You will need to be flexible, innovative, and approachable and have excellent influencing skills.
